A view of the continental divide is visible through the huge windows from this room and throughout the home.
The maple dining room table comfortably seats 8 and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. It is fully equipped for your use with every amenity and includes black appliances, a tile backslash and tile floors.
As you enter the hall, there is a large Master bedroom with a Queen bed with dark pine furnishings, a sizable walk-in closet and a private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully decorated with a Queen bed and light pine accessories.The guest bath includes a sunken black onyx heated bathtub with black accents and a lovely decorative mirror.
As you step down the wide spiral staircase into the expansive family room there is a pool table and an accent table with leather seats for your pleasure. A stone gas fireplace is in this room to warm you on chilly evenings.
Just off the family room is the 3rd bedroom (the Pine room) with 2 hand-hewn pine log Queen beds and 2 windows with views that enhance and brighten this room.
The 4th bedroom features a Queen sleigh bed in dark mahogany with a view of Eagle Rock just outside the windows. The guest bath on this level has a shower, tile walls and floors with a tapestry area rug. This floor includes a large, unique pantry room, furnished with large counters, a sink and cupboards, which could serve as a party room. There are views from these high windows overlooking Eagle Rock. The washer and dryer are located here.
As you step out onto the tile floor of the enclosed sunroom patio, ceiling to floor windows provide an outdoor feel, even as you are protected from the elements. This is a lovely room to enjoy your morning coffee and the wildlife that abounds here. As you step up to the upper level in the sun room, there is a Foosball table in an environment like no other.
