The open floor plan of this condo with vaulted ceilings invites you to come and relax in the family room with its gas fireplace and large flat-screened TV. You will find this room irresistible when you need a place to relax after an exciting day exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. If you want to sit and read a good book while enjoying the surrounding vistas, there are patio doors that open onto a large deck with a view of Longs Peak. The family room also includes a dining area that seats 8 at a beautiful wood table. There are 2 bar stools at the nearby counter that will accommodate 2 more people.
The large U-shaped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and a phone for your convenience.
The Master Bedroom has vaulted ceilings as well and a large wood King bed. Views of Longs Peak and Mount Lady Washington can also be seen from the large windows in this room. The deluxe Master Bath has granite countertops with 2 sinks and is surrounded with tile. There is a tile floor, jetted tub, large separate walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
Completing the first level, are a laundry room with a washer and dryer and 1/2 bath.
In the lower level, you will find an inviting great room with gas fireplace, large TV, and patio doors that open to a deck with another view of Longs Peak. A pull-out queen sofa sleeper accommodates 2 adults.
There are 2 bedrooms in the lower level each with a King bed and more views of Longs Peak. The King beds in each bedroom in this vacation home are complimented with 2 night stands with lamps.
A full bath completes the lower level with 2 sinks, granite countertops, a tub/shower combo, and tile floors.
This home will sleep 6-8 people easily.
