My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Little Prospect mountain Home. The house was every bit as nice as pictured on your site. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, and the place was very neat and clean. I would not hesitate using your company again should I find myself visiting Estes Park in the future.

Besides the beauty of this newly built house, the views, the privacy, equipped with everything you will need for your stay, the owners top it out by their generosity and gracefulness to make it right for you. Thanks Chuck and Kathy. As McArthur said,,,,,I shall return. Joe and Suzanne

I echo the comments in previous posts for the beautiful house and plentiful amenities. We’ve stayed in Estes Park in many locations - this is the best!! With 5 adults, we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable to converse, watch TV or be alone to read. Two large master bedrooms and a third bedroom, all with attached bathrooms and spacious closets, allowed for plenty of room, to not feel rushed and to still have hot showers. The road to the house ends at the driveway and the living room looks directly at RMNP and Longs Peak. The side of the house looks over the main downtown Estes Park. It was quiet and eagles would fly directly in front of the porch in the afternoon/ evening. The location is perfect in that you have several alternate road options in/ out of Estes Park or to the RMNP southern entrance. These options were extremely helpful to avoid heavy downtown Estes Park traffic when there was an event or high visitor volume. You can easily walk to town, but be prepared for a walk up hill to return. The amenities were beyond expectations! Kitchen was stocked with dishes/ utensils and the washer/ dryer allowed us to keep packing fairly minimal. There was even a tiny folding table and chairs for kids of visiting friends (all of whom were blown away by the house and views). Chuck and his wife were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. We even found lots of goodies in the kitchen store they own in town! Next time we visit Estes Park, we'll definitely be checking availability – worth every penny!

We can not say enough nice things about our stay at this property. The house was up to date with all of the amenities. It is hard to keep a home so clean with many renters over the busy summer season, but this house was spotless. The view was incredible and the location is an easy walk to town. You can also be in RMNP in minutes. The owner met us on arrival and made sure everything was acceptable. He showed us around the home so that we did not have to guess where things were located (e.g., extra supplies, towels, etc.). He was accessible throughout the stay if we needed anything and checked in via' text after our first day to ensure our expectations were met. Beautiful, clean, well-furnished house... Perfect location... Great view... Congenial, conscientious host... Why stay anywhere else!

We arrived at the house which sits up high on the hillside overlooking Estes Park and met with Chuck (the owner). The view from the deck, which wraps around the entire front side of the house, is amazing. You get beautiful views of the Rockies all around and overlooks the town of Estes Park. It was absolutely the perfect location for getting in and out of Rocky Mountain National Park each day, which was only a few minutes away. We initially considered staying at the Stanley Hotel but after going there for dinner and spending the week in the house, we were so so happy we didn't. The town can be quite busy during the tourist season and the location of the house was a perfect respite from the crowds. The house is private and the only immediate neighbors sit down below on the road that winds up to the house. It was very clean and updated with a beautiful kitchen, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, updated bathrooms. Access to Estes park is very quick and easy from the location. Chuck was very nice and took time to answer any questions we had. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Estes Park and would give it a 10/10. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery store, bars, etc within a short drive. If you are planning on visiting Estes and RMNP, do yourself a favor and look no further. This is the spot.

This is a well appointed, beautiful home on top of a hillside. Walking distance to town, the breweries, the winery and a very short drive to the park entrance. It really is well situated with fantastic views. Granted the walk back up the hill is a workout, but if you want to drive the short distance to town to avoid the walk back up, we were able to find parking in the Post Office lot even during the busy July 4th holiday week. Chuck is a wonderful host and made sure our stay was great. I strongly recommend this home and would definitely rent it again. It was well suited for our group of three couples.

This was the perfect place for our family trip to RMNP. Everything was clean, new, comfortable, with plenty of space. Driveway a bit hairy at first but you get used to it. Kitchen was well equipped, fridge had lots of common condiments so you don't need to buy a bottle of ketchup or syrup for a 4 day stay. New Rock Cut Brewery nearby has excellent brews, as does the Estes Park Brewery. Ate by the river at Poppy's had good food and service. If going into the park, highly recommend buying a season pass - we sped by very long lines at the gates which was worth every penny!
